TV BROADCAST INTERNSHIP

Bigfoot Studios, a large TV & Film production and post production company with offices in Los Angeles is now hiring BROADCAST INTERNS to work out of our state-of-the-art production studio in the tropical paradise of CEBU, PHILIPPINES with our newly launched global fashion channel. The internship is six months. We are looking for broadcast interns in the fields of PLAYLIST WRITER and GENRAL POST-PRODUCTION. This is your chance to grow and step into the TV industry and learn from the pros. In addition, if you excel in your internship there are opportunities for you to work on our channel after your internship.

OVERALL REQUIREMENTS-
Prior familiarity with Current TV programming a plus 
- Inherent ease of use working with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel 
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; Must be able to represent well to external partners. 


Characteristics Desired: 
- Passion & a knack for learning the ins & outs of a particular new media platform in order to move the needle on performance

A Self starter with pro-active motivation to engage & execute against projects assigned to them 
- Fast learner, ready to hit the ground running; Ability to think, plan and execute resourcefully, across multiple fast-paced tasks within tight deadlines,

Playlist Writer-
Responsible for the daily output of the broadcast playlist and re-scheduling of the programming. Provide day-to-day management & execution of off-network efforts including (but not limited to) daily content syndication, custom programming programs Updating EGP/GRID, coordinating with the content department to ensure content rotation . You will have excellent technical ability and will be exceptionally organised and able to maintain an efficient and well-structured content library whilst working to tight deadlines.

Post Production/Broadcast Intern x2
Internship with new international Fashion network.
Assist all areas of the broadcast/content team. Assist in broadcast playout work flows. Must be familiar with film or Television post production or broadcast.



The internship pays $800/Month.
The production will NOT pay for accomodation or per diem but housing is available on the studio lot.

REQUIREMENTS
You need to provide your own round trip ticket from your location to Cebu, Philippines.
You need a valid passport.
You need to bring own laptop (for emails and other company business, not for editing).
